Ultrajewels celebrated 7th Mystic Party

Cancun’s Luxury Avenue Mall was the setting to present unique pieces and limited-edition collections, as well as the ambassadors of the most prestigious brands.

“Evolution, the future is orange” was the new identity of Ultrajewels on 29 June. At 10:10, an emblematic hour for the watchmaking world, the atmosphere was transformed into orange and the guests connected family values, enthusiasm, and adventure. Attendees understood this concept that represents the invariable metamorphosis and constant evolution to create positive changes together.

“We believe that the future is everyone’s job. This evolution marks a path full of collaboration, adding up and thinking about the next generation,” said José García Villarreal, President of Ultrajewels and CEO of Grupo Ultra.

Mystic Party

Mystic Party celebrated savoir-faire through unique performances and installations that represented the meaning of transcendence. Highlighted the importance of treasuring the passage of time, the learning acquired and valued the evolution of man and the creation of the eternal in the form of timepieces and pieces of jewelry.

“Since 2015, Mystic Party is already a tradition that marks the beginning of the summer season in the Riviera Maya. Its purpose is to thank and pamper our customers with the presentation of unique pieces by ambassadors of the most prestigious brands in the world of watchmaking and jewelry,” commented García Villarreal.

Brands like Messika, Roberto Coin, Jacob & Co, Girard Perregaux, Ulysse Nardin, Arnold & Son, Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC Schaffhausen, Bovet, Zenith, Purnell, Hublot, Le Rhöne, Panerai, Omega, Breguet, Blancpain, Chopard, Vacheron Constantin, Roger Dubuis, Chanel, Facet Barcelona, Falber, Piaget, Pomellato, David Yurman, Bvlgari, Cvstos, Franck Muller, Trilobe, Speake-Marin and Breitling, honored this new stage of Ultrajewels with exceptional proposals, limited edition pieces and unique collections.

All this glamour and sophistication wouldn’t be complete without an exceptional gourmet experience.

Therefore, the trio “Goodfellows”, composed by chefs Mikel Alonso, Carlos Gaytán and Jonatán Gómez Luna, delighted with gastronomic jewels, such as hazelnut butter sliders, truffle, wagyu and caramelized onions, oyster, ceviche water and vanilla oil.

The sybaritic delight continued with original crab and jackfruit canapés, smoked cream and otoro and kampachi toast. The tasting was rounded off with a sweet dessert called “Entre nubes”, made from carrot, guayaba, yoghurt and salted caramel.

Signature mixology was also present that night with unpublished elixirs. This year The Macallan, Ron Brugal, Gin Monkey and Moët Hennessy joined the evening’s selection of spirits.
