An Italian-flavoured Oasis



The third Prosecco’s restaurant arrives at Oasis Coyoacán. The authentic and classic Italian recipes, now in the south of the city where you can taste from the parmigiano balls with arrabbiata sauce, risotto funghi, pizzas made in wood oven, to the most delicious pastas, among which stand out: Wild boar pappardelle cooked for a long time with Tuscan herbs, red wine and pomodoro; lobster ravioli in pink sauce and gnocchi in tomato sauce with mushrooms-.



Of main courses we find a steak with Provençal potatoes, a salmon in a crust of nuts on a bed of asparagus or a fillet steak with fresh mushrooms.



For a golden meal closure a memorable dessert can´t be missed. Without a doubt, the particularity of Prosecco is the chocolate pump with the special asparagus gelato, although there is great diversity for the most demanding palates.

Prosecco Oasis has a unique atmosphere where typical Italian drinks taste best. Drinking a Negroni or an Aperol Spritz on the terrace, accompanied by family or friends, enriches the flavors. In addition to being able to choose between the Italian, Chilean, Mexican, Spanish, Argentine or French labels of its great cellar.
